Kate Moss 110

This lipstick is from the more recent Kate Moss collection from Rimmel. It's the first Kate Moss lipstick I have tried and so far I really like it.

 

 I have the colour 110 which is a bright orange based red with a hint of pink- is the best way I can describe it! It's extremely pigmented and a type of red to suit all. It is supposed to have a matte finish however I think it's very creamy and not as drying as some matte lipsticks can be. I would call this a semi-matte lipstick as there is some shine to it. 

 

 Overall I really like this lipstick and think it's one of the best drug store collections and only costing £5.49. The only drawback is it has a highly floral scented  smell which can be off putting for some. And it has a perfume taste if the lipstick gets inside your mouth.

Topshop Secret Admirer

This was again a Christmas present, first of all I love Topshop packaging for all their make-up but the lipsticks do get very dirty. It's a very pale lipstick and still not to sure whether it's too pale for me and washes me out as I have very pigmented lips.

When swatched it looks more pinky yet I think when it's on my lips it's more of a nude pink colour - may just be for my lips though i think for some with light lips it the pink colour will come out more :) This is a lipstick for an everyday natural look. I think it's similar to the Mac Creme Cup but in a more matte formula. Just like the Mac lipsticks these are a lovely formula, rich in colour, long lasting and nourishing.

Overall its a lovely colour and formula but not sure it's for me :)

Snowy weekend

I don't know about you but this weekend we've had quite a lot of snow and it feels like Christmas again! :) I love the snow, I think it looks so pretty. Yet i don't particularly like being in it- it takes forever to get ready, all the layers! And then getting cold really quickly and taking ages to warm back up. 

However i did adventure out once or twice and decided to take some photos to share. :)

He seems to like the snow, don't know why i wouldn't like to be sat in it all the time!

The trees always looks so pretty with the snow.

 

Wellies are on, cold toes now.
